Maximize Your Mind With ChatGPT

A cohort-based course to teach you how to meet your 2024 goals with ChatGPT

Learn how to use ChatGPT to help you paint a vision of your best self—and achieve it.

Whether you want to quit your job, start a company, or write a book, this course will help you create a daily habit with ChatGPT that will accelerate you toward the life you want. You’ll use it to:

  • Understand who you are with AI journaling

  • Create an Ideal Self GPT to coach you through decisions

  • Use AI interviewing to identify what’s really causing procrastination, avoidance, or other psychological blockers

  • Set and achieve ambitious goals

This course marries AI with the best of what psychology knows about personal development to help you become your best self.

Course curriculum

We’ll kick off the course on Monday, February 5—it’s a great opportunity to prepare for the next month and get to know one another.

We’ll do a live 1.5-hour lecture with hands-on exercises guided by your instructors on February 12, 20, and 26, and March 4 at 11 a.m. ET.

We’ll do one-hour breakout sessions with your instructors and other students for accountability and to make progress on February 16 and 23, and March 1 and 8, at 2 p.m. ET.

February 5 to March 8

  • We’ll use ChatGPT to identify important patterns in your psychology and what you value most in your life. You’ll get a map of your mind that will help explain who you are.

  • We’ll use ChatGPT to map your strengths and weaknesses so you can have an accurate picture of what work you should—and shouldn’t—be doing.

  • We’ll use ChatGPT to create a clear, positive articulation of a particular goal—and we’ll help you aim as high as possible.

  • We’ll use ChatGPT to identify what’s standing in the way of achieving your goal—and break through.

  • We’ll wrap up Week 4 with a session where you’ll be able to consolidate all of your progress, and establish a consistent practice for the months and years to come.

What’s included?

  • 4 comprehensive live lectures delivered by your instructors, ChatGPT demonstrations, exercises, and custom GPTs you can use for each step of the process

  • 4 breakout sessions (including the final wrap-up) in which you’ll interact with your instructors and other students to provide you with accountability and help you make progress toward your goals

  • 30 days of expert guidance, support, and mentorship from your instructor and other members of the Every team

  • Exclusive access to a community of other enthusiastic students to collaborate with

You’ll also have 24/7 access to a growing Discord community of other students, where you can ask questions, share progress, network, and attend live coworking sessions.

Dan Shipper

Dan is the co-founder and CEO of Every, a daily newsletter covering AI, tech, and productivity with over 70,000 subscribers. Over the past year, he’s learned everything he can about ChatGPT, including how it’s built, how to write with it, how to code it, and how to use it to increase his productivity. Previously, he built and sold a SaaS company called Firefly to Pegasystems (NASDAQ:PEGA).

Gena is a clinical psychologist at the University of Texas at Austin who specializes in helping founders and other high-performing individuals do their best work. She has written for Every about ambitious self-development, the psychological needs of builders, and —most recently—her excitement about using ChatGPT for psychological growth. She also writes a newsletter, Building the Builders.
